INREV – the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles – has published its Sustainability Reporting Recommendations. The recommendations replicate EPRA's* Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (EPRA BPRs) for the listed real estate sector and also build on global guidance for the construction and real estate sector released by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

We are pleased to see that the expert advice provided by Jones Lang LaSalle to both GRI and EPRA has now been translated into this guidance for non-listed real estate players.
